Welcome to Frost City Jewelry. By accessing our website, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Policies. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances, except as explicitly provided under Section 3 (Defective Merchandise).
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, specifications, and any applicable customization details. Purchases are binding once payment has been submitted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Without limitation, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized jewelry
Engraved or altered items
Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Attempting to return any item outside of Section 3 is a violation of these Terms and will not be honored.
3. Defective Merchandise (Exception)
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. The only exception to our all sales final policy is merchandise that arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
Defects must be reported in writing within three (3) business days of delivery.
Claims must include the order number, written description, and clear photographic evidence.
Frost City Jewelry, at its sole discretion, will determine if the item qualifies as defective.
If a defect is verified, remedies are limited exclusively to:
Repair of the item, or
Replacement of the item with an identical or substantially similar piece, or
Refund of the purchase price.
Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the item as delivered and waives any right to dispute the order.
4. Warranty
We provide a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. Covered defects include:
Loose stones due to faulty setting
Faulty clasps, bales, or similar structural components
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnish, dulling, etc.)
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect (drops, water, chemicals, impact, etc.)
Alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
Issues arising after the 30-day warranty period
Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and must include proof of purchase. Claims without proper documentation will be denied.
5. Proof of Purchase
Customers must retain order confirmations, receipts, invoices, and/or screenshots. These documents are required for any defect or warranty claim.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, except in cases where Frost City Jewelry has failed to deliver the purchased item.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and pursued through legal means, including reporting to payment processors and relevant authorities.
7. Buyer Agreement
By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Submitting payment constitutes a binding agreement to all terms and conditions listed herein.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frost City Jewelry and its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or related to the use of our website, the purchase of our products, or the inability to use our products.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the item in question. By purchasing, you agree that you are solely responsible for the use, care, and maintenance of your item.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
