Frost City Jewelry – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Frost City Jewelry. By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read carefully before ordering.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or submitting payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our website or make a purchase.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, product designs, images, videos, logos, and text displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Frost City Jewelry. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Sales & Payment
All orders are final upon payment.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances, except as explicitly provided under Section 5 (Defective Merchandise).
By ordering, you agree you have reviewed product descriptions and customization details before purchase.
5. Defective Merchandise (Only Exception)
We stand behind our craftsmanship. The only exception to our all sales final policy is merchandise that arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
Defects must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Claims must include order number, written description, and clear photos.
Frost City Jewelry, at its sole discretion, will determine if an item is defective.
If a defect is confirmed, remedies are strictly limited to:
Repair of the item, or
Replacement with an identical or substantially similar item, or
Refund of the purchase price.
Failure to notify us within the timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered.
6. Warranty
We provide a 7-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Covered: loose stones due to faulty setting, defective clasps or bales.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnish, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to chemicals or water, third-party alterations, resizing, or any claim made after the 7-day period.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and must include proof of purchase, order details, and clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period will be automatically denied.
7. Proof of Purchase
Customers must retain receipts, invoices, order confirmations, and/or screenshots. Claims without proper documentation will be denied.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback unless Frost City Jewelry fails to deliver your order. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and pursued through payment processors, collection agencies, and legal action.
9. Privacy & Data Use
We collect personal and device information necessary to process orders, prevent fraud, and improve services. Information may be shared only with payment processors, shipping carriers, or legal authorities when required.

10. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing, you confirm:
You are at least 18 years old or ordering with parental consent.
All information you provide (billing, shipping, contact details) is accurate.
You have reviewed our policies and accept responsibility for proper care of your jewelry.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frost City Jewelry from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse of our products, false claims, or violations of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Frost City Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
By purchasing, you agree you are solely responsible for use and maintenance of your jewelry.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
